I’m passionate about body recomposition, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and women’s bodybuilding. I believe that with the right mindset and training, anyone can achieve their fitness goals and transform their physique.
I first discovered my love for bodybuilding when I was a freshman in college. I was fascinated by the discipline and the ability to sculpt your body into whatever you dreamed. However, along the way, I gained 80lbs! Once I made the conscious choice to make health and fitness a priority, I lost the weight and went on to create an even better physique than I ever dreamed possible.
